Join us for an enjoyable Age-Friendly Social Evening alongside our Annual General Meeting!

Come connect with friends, neighbours, and community members while learning more about the exciting work happening through Age-Friendly initiatives. The evening will feature information about Social Prescribing, a short video presentation, coffee and snacks, and a door prize.

Whether you're already involved or simply curious to learn more, we'd love to have you join us. Everyone is welcome for an evening of conversation, connection, and community.
