Caring for others is hard. The elderly, children with special needs, adult dependents, family members with mental health diagnosis, spouses with chronic illnesses. There are many caregivers among us, each with their own unique situation.

Caregiving is often invisible. The challenges are complex and can be misunderstood by others. There often seems like no clear solution. I meet caregivers every day who feel lost, overwhelmed, and stressed.
