As part of our World Culture recreation programming, staff from Silver Birch Place led a day in the Philippines! It started with an Armchair Travel experience, presented to a full house by a member of our beloved Dining Room team, followed by a traditional Philippine meal at lunch, and capped off by an afternoon of traditional games and a very special performance by some of our incredibly talented staff!

Dr. Turner Lodge had their Fall BBQ earlier this month, with fall decor, live entertainment, games, prizes, and, of course, a top-tier selection of delicious food!

Silver Birch Place pulled out all the stops for their Farewell to Summer 2026 event!

Our residents enjoyed a fun-filled celebration, featuring a Walker Wash, a visit from the ladies at Synergy for a Walker Pit Stop tune-up and adjustment 👣, Big Time Bingo 🏆, outdoor live entertainment with the Fritz Family 🎸, a special visit from Sox, the Arabian horse🐴 , and of course, an indoor Happy Hour 🍹.

A wonderful way to say good-bye to summer and celebrate our amazing residents.

Silver Birch Lodge hosted it's third annual Silver Fox Walk in support of the Terry Fox Foundation last week. Our resident athletes - the Silver Sneakers - took part in a conditioning training program every Tuesday in the month of July as preparation for the Silver Fox Walk.
Our residents walked together with courage in every step, heart in every stride, and pride in every mile as they crossed the finish line to keep Terry's dream alive. 👟👟

Dr. Turner Lodge hosted an Under the Sea themed Happy Hour, complete with ocean-inspired decor, treats, and drinks!

Residents and guests were shore-ly impressed. I wonder if there were free reef-fills? 🐟🐠🦈
