UPDATE (12:32 p.m.): Highway 17 remains closed at Raith, northwest of Thunder Bay, in both directions for a police investigation. Motorists that need to travel through the area are asked to use alternative routes, Highway 622, Highway 502, Highway 71, and Highway 11. The closure is expected to be lengthy. ^pia
