Congratulations to two of our Wolves, Graham Evans and Braedan Gauvin, who have been named Tier 2 First Team WECSSAA All‑Stars for baseball .

This week we honoured Grade 12 students who show acts of kindness in our school.

1. Brooklyn Jarriet Cacilhas - Brooklyn is always willing to lend a helping hand to her fellow peers. She is often observed taking the lead to help other students out in the classroom. She shows up everyday with a smile. Keep up the great work Brooklyn!

2. Tianxi Wu was recognized for their support of the cast and their hard work with the sets and props for "Down the Rabbit Hole".

3.Camyrn Maxwell - She is the peer mentor co-lead who is always willing to help out. She is such a positive person and always has a smile on her face.

4.Lauren Kelly – Her positive vibe is contagious. She embraces the differences of others and is so encouraging and kind. Her kindness doesn't go unnoticed.

5. Shyla Northgrave - She is a quiet leader who's always willing to help out. She is an active member on student council and will volunteer for any job. She is also a person who is incredibly active in so many aspects of North Star. She is an unsung hero who will volunteer for any job and always has a smile on her face while doing it.

Finally, we had one more special North Star Shout-Out to give:

· Suhaan Setia - Suhaan is always happy and engaging with staff and students. He brings a lot of joy to us all. Suhaan, you are always smiling and so positive to everyone you talk to. Without you, we wouldn’t have this amazing initiative that helps to recognize kind humans who are making a difference in our building. Thank you, Suhaan.
