Today is World Hepatitis Day

As SLFNHA marks World Hepatitis Day – the 28th of July – we are pleased to share some resources supporting hepatitis treatment, and the strengthening of impacted communities and individuals.
The Circle for Liver Wellness Solutions (CLWS) is an Indigenous led community initiative dedicated to liver wellness. CLWS says that they focus on “connecting to support people in accessing care. We aim to decolonize hepatitis C care through a connection to culture and a focus on wellness, instead of a focus on disease and disparity. Our work is led by Indigenous leaders and services providers in community.”
