Together they’ll explore common symptoms, evidence-based pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment options, the role of nutrition in managing symptoms, supporting bone and heart health and promoting overall well-being. Swedish Weaving Workshops

ℹ️Swedish weaving is a surface embroidery technique that creates decorative patterns on fabric without the thread showing on the back. Join us for this 10-week course that will take you from beginner to intermediate as we make a long decorative table runner. No experience necessary. All materials provided. Cost is $105 per person (cash only, includes cost of weaving kit at $35 and $7 per session x10). Non-refundable. Registration required.
