“Aunty is a teacher-messenger for the spiritual voices of the ancestors within the strong lineage of Na Kumu, Kahu, & Kahuna (Teachers, Guardians, Priests, Priestess, Advisors & Healers).

Under the leadership of her ancestral Kupuna-Kane (grandfather), named Kaiwikuamo'o Kekuaokalani. This translates as the ‘backbone strength of the heavenly chiefs.’

Ho'opono Pono Ke Ala, is the belief system & method for ‘Making right more right, the path.’

Many are surprised to learn about this form of Ho'oponopono rooted in the ‘Aloha Spirit’ rather than of the ‘Christian’ & ‘Western’ adaptation for ‘Conflict Resolutions’.

Ho'opono Pono Ke Ala predates both adaptations & brings forward the Aloha for self & to promote ‘self-best’ through self-permission:

To recognize & accept ‘Self-Greatness’, to experience it moment-by-moment in all areas of one's life & to lay at waste the ‘Fear-Based’ mind sets for power, control, sins & damnations.

It is the ancient knowing that you are obviously the best ‘You’ ever, there are no duplicates, you're it, the original YOU; the god-goddess makes no mistakes!”

‘Healing Men Do Exist’ (Edited)
Original by Miriam Gomez Sastre

There are powerful men, men of action without possession, who are listening, who understand, who reflect, men whose presence calms you, surprises you, loves you, who love quiet too...

Loving tho’ firm men, men with an old soul and a child's heart, sweet men, wise men who respect and revere, who value each other by essence more than by the banality of presence.

Men who vastly love and learn to love everyone. Men who live coherence, humility and clarity rather than arrogance and vanity. There are men who don't look at others to fill their inner emptiness.

Men who really seek to understand, help, be a support, conscious men who heal and heal amongst so much unconsciousness and inconsistency, with devoted dedication.

Men who accept to be vulnerable sometimes assuming the shame and contempt of other men, women and beings who see not beyond what their noses allow them to see.

There are men who smile, who bless, who have perfectly accepted their sacred masculinity, by grace embodying. Men who live by the heart of compassion and wholeness of spirit.

How integrated, expressed, sublimated, this becomes a fantastic engine of intellectual sharpness, of intuition, that makes men sensitive, rather than the ego of being irresistible, men who move and cry.

They forgive everything. Magic men, men who awaken, who evolve, who transform and transcend. Strong men, men often lonely, like wolves. Wolves who protect, who defend. The ones who sense the oneness of nature and wholly creator.

Men who know how to handle praise, without making it excessive, uncomfortable or out of place. Men who are not defined by mere rationalization of sexuality or any lack of sensuality.

There are men who truly honor while they celebrate. Happy, optimistic, musical, tender, grounded, alive! They love nature, like they love life, they say I love you and show it to their families and friends.

Men who serve humanity with humility without calculations. Spontaneous and vibrant, authentic and real. Beyond performance and stamina alone, guardians of the one soul & whole spirit.

Like a sun, there are men like this, powerful healers who from their starlight and magic, wait patiently for powerful healers just like them.

“Yet for this day n’ night and all chosen ones becoming, the waiting is readily complete,” says the one heart of this beloved earth and beyond...

* Thanks be to all real truly wholly genuine men!

Ho’oponopono: The Ancient Hawaiian Practice For Healing & Transformation ~ Dr. Melissa Partaka
* Source: blueprintmethod.us/hooponopono

“Ho‘oponopono is a practice of reconciliation & forgiveness. At its core, it is about restoring balance — within ourselves, in our relationships, & in the wider flow of life.

The word itself means ‘to make right’ or ‘to correct an error’ & it carries a deep spiritual significance that extends far beyond a simple act of saying ‘I’m sorry’.

Ho‘oponopono (pronounced ho-oh-pono-pono) is rooted in the idea that many of the struggles we face — emotional pain, conflict, resentment — stem from unresolved inner work, from past conditioning, or from subconscious programming.

Ho‘oponopono often centers around repeating four simple phrases. Though they are few, they carry great depth, especially when spoken (aloud or silently) from the heart, with full intention. The four are:

(1) ‘I’m Sorry’
Acknowledging that something within you —your thoughts, beliefs, memories — has played a part in what’s showing up. Even if you don’t know how, simply acknowledging is powerful.

(2) ‘Please Forgive Me’
This is a request — not always addressed to someone else, but to the universe, to yourself, or to a higher power. It’s surrender, humility & readiness to release.

(3) ‘Thank You’
Gratitude shifts energy. It opens the heart. It acknowledges that even difficult experiences are teachers, that healing is underway & supports the letting go process.

(4) ‘I Love You’
The ultimate restoring phrase. Love reconciles. It connects. Even when all feels broken, love is the current that restores wholeness.

Traditionally, Hawaiian families used Ho‘oponopono as a communal ritual to resolve conflicts, release resentments & restore harmony among members.

It was guided by a kahuna (spiritual leader or healer) who helped participants speak openly, take responsibility & come back into alignment with each other & the natural order.

The Core Principles of Ho‘oponopono:

One of the most transformative aspects of Ho‘oponopono is the concept of 100% responsibility: recognizing that in some way — through our thoughts, beliefs, actions, or even energetic patterns — we contribute to what we experience.

This isn’t about blame, guilt, or self-judgment. It’s more about reclaiming power & agency: when we own our inner landscape, we can become instruments of healing.

Rather than focusing solely on external causes, Ho‘oponopono encourages looking inward, accepting responsibility & clearing what no longer serves.

We Are All Connected:

Ho‘oponopono holds that our outer life is a mirror of our inner life. Relationships, circumstances, conflicts — these often reflect unresolved energies within us.

By healing our inner world — our thoughts, emotions, memories — the we help shift not only our personal experience but also the energetic fields in which we live.

Ultimately, Ho‘oponopono reminds us that forgiveness is not about condoning harm or erasing accountability.

Instead, it is about releasing the chains that bind us to the past, choosing love over resentment, gratitude over bitterness, wholeness over separation.

Ho‘oponopono is not a magic wand. It won’t fix everything overnight. But it offers a pathway home — to wholeness, to peace, to love.

It invites us to turn inward, to say the four sacred phrases with honesty & to allow the transformative process of healing to unfold.

So if you’re carrying heavy emotions, feeling stuck, or longing for more clarity, more peace, more love — try this today:

I’m Sorry.
Please Forgive Me.
Thank You.
I Love You.

Say it to yourself. Say it for someone else. Say it for the wounds you can’t quite name yet. Let these words be a bridge — from hurt to healing.

Why Ho‘oponopono Matters Now?

In our modern age — fast-paced, digitally connected yet often emotionally isolated — there are huge pressures, unresolved trauma, collective stress. Practices that restore inner peace & responsibility are more vital than ever.

Ho‘oponopono offers:

· A way to reduce internal chaos, rumination, guilt, shame.
· A lens to see the deeper workings of our minds and hearts.
· A method to restore relationships — not only with others but with ourselves.
· A way to contribute to collective healing (because as individuals heal, the energetic impact spreads).

This ancient wisdom invites us to remember that healing begins within — when we bring ourselves into alignment, the world around us reflects that balance.”

Exploring The Code of Ho'oponopono & It’s Role In The Completion of Poverty ~ Pohala

Today, the mainstream understanding & function, of Ho’oponopono follows the protocol of: ‘I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.’

Although this modern procedure is not erroneous, by any means, it does skip some very crucial & foundational qualities of ‘Archaic’ Ho’oponopono.

* Coined by Aunty Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona
>> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morrnah_Simeona

We can feel the modern version as very ‘Abrahamic’ & we’ll explore how & why this version became popularized.

The basic foundational qualities of an archaic Ho’oponopono circle will often deem the modern version totally & wholly, irrelevant.

That is how powerful its true nature can be!

One defining quality of ‘Archaic’ Ho’oponopono is ‘Acceptance’. This runs very deep & we’ll apply lots of care in addressing this vital quality.”

It is the ancient knowing that you are obviously the best ‘You’ ever, there are no duplicates, you're it, the original YOU; the god-goddess makes no mistakes!”

“In addition, the quality of maximum potential must be addressed & honored. This is two-fold l; the potential of the self & the acceptance of the potential within others.

Notice, we are already diverting from the abrahamic protocol of forgiveness & punishment, victim & victimizer, maturing into celebrating & extracting the greatest qualities from one another, rather than residing in the lowest qualities.

The fluency of consent is one of the core principles of true Ho’oponopono — what does this mean for the individual & for an interactive collective?

The result, is a very sophisticated kind of ‘Forgiveness’ that is more related to ‘Atonement’ where no one person is either subordinate or superior.

This is very significant & also a crucial thread in completing the fascination with poverty (you’ll see).

Next, we dive into the actual application of Ho’oponopono. Meaning, how is this artistry made functional & practical, in everyday life?

First, we ensure Archaic Ho’oponopono is functional & honored, in individual life.

This garners the integrity & authority, of it which permits its exchange with others.
Are there purifications, rituals & processes that can be honored?

If so, what are they? What are the basic protocols that may pattern a proper Ho’oponopono & how can I enforce them in a non-burdensome, enjoyable & fluid way?

From the individualistic appropriation, let's explore the functionality within:
· Family Units (Includes Friendships)
· Tribes (Includes Colleagues)
· Societal Programs & Structures
· Global & Cosmic Collective

Finally, how to ensure the longevity of these protocols as to reinstate them as ‘Legacy of Conduct of Life & Consciousness’. Huge!

Now, we will discuss the narrative of poverty & poverty culture; how a world misaligned with the cosmic technology of Ho’oponopono literally fell from levity & buoyancy.

The result has been the tiresome, exhaustible & cruel narrative of poverty. Aloha will save the world & Ho’oponopono will reinstate its integrity!

Did you know? Hawaii did not know poverty until westerners introduced it in the early 1800’s by enforcing it onto the people.

Much of the mystique surrounding a ‘Utopian’ culture is, one part, due to a people who were absolutely non-possessive.

Let’s explore this together. An entire culture not seduced in ownership resulted in a buoyancy of being where scarcity was not known & abundance was fully realized.

This does not mean ancient Hawaiians did not know hardships. Let’s explore these themes & examine the function of ancient Hawaiian life.

This will give us clues in how functional Ho’oponopono was to them & how that functionality designed an exquisite relationship with the natural world & its inherent patterns.

From this example, we can reorient modern cultures into natural rhythms.

This will invite us into evolving many of the antiquated addictions & fixations, of a collective thrown in conditioning & amnesia.

The remedy of poverty is natural luxury. We get to redefine luxury as a state of natural law, not excess, greed or non-essential opulence, but that of true quality.

This would even include the quality of the wohuman spirit & condition itself. The time has come. Aloha Mā!”

Beauty bleissings dear nature & creator, for the gently steady, relaxing rains & ancestree roots, being nourished all around this sacred earth home. May we all feel wholly, whatever weathers are present, moving still or stretching like trees, let us fluidly embody the one infinite source & eternal force of all living body temples, aho’oponopono!

The River and the Riverbed: The Lymphatic Myofascial Relationship.

The body is not made of separate parts, no matter how many textbooks try to divide it. It is one continuous conversation. One river system. One woven landscape of structure, fluid, memory, and sensation. Nowhere is this more beautifully seen than in the relationship between the fascia and the lymphatic system.

Fascia is not simply connective tissue. It is the body’s inner forest floor, the soft earth through which everything grows and travels. It holds more sensory nerve endings than the muscles themselves. It houses the interstitium, a vast fluid reservoir now recognized as one of the largest “organs” by volume. It creates the very terrain through which lymph must move.

Lymph is the traveler, the cleansing tide, the quiet river that removes waste, regulates immunity, transports nutrients, and responds instantly to inflammation or injury. But lymph does not move on its own. It depends on movement, breath, pressure changes, and the softness of the tissues it flows through. Its vessels sit embedded inside the fascial layers, anchored to the very fibers that bodyworkers stretch, melt, warm, and free.

This is why these systems cannot be separated. This is why fascial lymphatic flow works. The Long Method is my favorite technique taught by Katrina Gubler Long.

When fascia becomes dense or dehydrated, the interstitial fluid thickens, pressure gradients collapse, and lymphatic capillaries cannot properly open and close. Imagine trying to push water through a dry, compacted sponge. The lymph has nowhere to go. Post-surgical clients feel this acutely. Trauma, inflammation, surgical scarring, or immobility cause the fascial planes to lose their slide, which in turn traps swelling, slows immune function, and increases pain.

But when we touch fascia with slow, intentional, directional work, something extraordinary happens. Mechanotransduction, the cells' response to mechanical pressure, shifts the behavior of fibroblasts and immune cells. Collagen fibers begin to reorganize. Hyaluronic acid changes viscosity. The interstitial fluid becomes less stagnant. The tissue warms, hydrates, and begins to breathe again. And the lymphatic system, finally uncompressed, begins to move with ease.

You cannot restore lymph flow without changing the landscape it flows through. You cannot free swelling without freeing the structures that hold it. You cannot separate the river from the riverbank.

This is not guesswork. It is anatomy.

The superficial lymphatic system lives in the loose areolar fascia, a layer designed to glide. The deep lymphatic system lies within the deep fascia surrounding muscle compartments. When these gliding surfaces stiffen, every lymph vessel tethered to them loses its ability to pump. This is why many clients feel more relief with fascial lymphatic flow than with lymphatic work alone. We are restoring the architecture that lymph depends on.

In post-surgical care, this becomes especially profound. Scar tissue alters glide. Protective guarding increases fascial tension and non-pitting edema forms when fluid becomes trapped in thickened interstitium. Traditional lymph work is essential, but fascia must also be addressed for complete restoration. A gentle fascial approach honors the lymphatic system's delicacy while creating the space it needs to travel.

This is not breaking tradition. This completes the picture.

Some may challenge this perspective, but the body does not argue. It responds. It softens. It drains. It heals. Thousands of therapists have seen swelling reduce, pain decrease, and mobility return when these systems are treated together. Because fascia and lymph are not separate entities. They are partners; two halves of one healing intelligence.

To work the fascia is to prepare the riverbed. To work the lymph is to free the river. Together, they create a landscape where healing becomes possible again.

For the bodyworkers who feel this truth in your hands, keep listening. The body is always teaching us how interconnected it really is.

In addition, Ānuenue (Hawaiian word for rainbow) is known as the Goddess who is also a messenger of the gods, believed to be so beautiful a rainbow followed everywhere she went, bringing luck with her.”

‘The Rainbow As A Divine Bridge’

“More than just a beautiful natural phenomenon; a celestial bridge connecting the earthly realm to the divine. The rainbow’s vibrant colors are seen as a reflection of the diversity and beauty of life.

They represent the interconnectedness of all things and the harmony that exists in the natural world. As such, the rainbow has become a powerful symbol of Hawaiian culture, representing both the spiritual and the natural aspects of life.”
