General open burning (Category 2 fires) are permitted Friday October 9th 2026.

Pile size must not exceed 2 meters high by 3 meters wide.

Dry and seasoned woody debris /vegetation only. Never burn prohibited materials.

Have a hose with adequate water and hand tools at hand to control and extinguish your fire.

Avoid windy days and report any out of control fire!

Reminder:

CAMPFIRES ONLY - 0.5m × 0.5m (19.6 inches × 19.6 inches)
Clean season wood only!
Must have water and tools available and fully extinguished when no longer enjoying.

No open burning is permitted.
No fires of any type permitted in community or regional parks.

Report any unattended or out of control fires.
