Great to host the Augusta Township in appreciating the volunteers in our community

On Thursday November 27th, 2025, the Augusta Township hosted our annual Volunteer Appreciation Event at the beautifully restored Chart House in Maitland, and we want to send a huge thank you to everyone who makes our community shine.

To all the volunteers who give their time, energy, and heart. Whether you are helping at events, supporting neighbours, serving on boards and committees, or working behind the scenes, you make a real and lasting difference. You help create a stronger, brighter future for our residents, our kids, and our community as a whole.

We wish to extend a special thank you as well to our host, Philip Ling, at the Maitland Tower for welcoming us into such a stunning space for this year’s celebration.

Today and every day, we celebrate you, the heart of our community. Thank you for all that you do!
