Our primary students had an exciting and unforgettable experience during a special visit from Zoo to You! Students had the opportunity to meet a variety of fascinating animals up close while learning about their habitats, behaviours, and unique characteristics. The interactive presentation sparked curiosity, encouraged questions, and helped bring science and nature to life in a fun and engaging way. A big thank you to Zoo to You for providing such an educational and memorable experience for our students!

Hello South River Public School families! We just wanted to share an important message we received from our Make It Sow fundraiser!

First and foremost, thank you. Because of your incredible hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm during this season's seed fundraiser, we have some absolutely phenomenal news to share.

Thanks to your collective fundraising efforts, we will be planting over 2,800 trees on your behalf! Every seed package ordered not only brings beauty and fresh produce to your local communities but also roots a greener future for all of us.

Well done SRPS!

Our Junior Intermediate students recently had an exciting opportunity to attend the Track and Field meet at Almaguin Highlands Secondary School. It was a fantastic day filled with determination, teamwork, and school spirit as our athletes gave their best in every event. From sprints to field events, each student demonstrated perseverance, sportsmanship, and pride in representing our school community.
We are incredibly proud of all of our athletes for their hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to challenge themselves. Their efforts truly reflect the strength and spirit of our school. Well done to everyone who participated—you made us proud!
