Residents may have seen a media release from the Stratford Police Service today regarding a theft at the Quarry, with the SuperSplash being the main target.

We recognize that situations like this can feel unsettling. Please know that the safety and enjoyment of our community remains a top priority. The Quarry is still set to open on June 26, and we do not expect any impacts to regular operations.

We’re working closely with police as they investigate, and we encourage anyone with information to reach out to Cst Matt Welsh with the Stratford Police Service at 519-271-4147, ext 8196.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the Quarry very soon.

Service Disruption🚨:
Please note that road work will take place on Water St. S between Jones St. E and Park St. from June 18 at 9:00AM to June 19 at 5:00PM to support construction of new Flixbus stop platforms.

The road will remain open to vehicles; however, traffic will be reduced to alternating lanes. Delays are possible. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve transit services in the community.

The following Town of St. Marys facilities will be closed briefly on Wednesday, June 17 from 12:00–2:00 PM to allow staff time to connect and enjoy a shared event:

Heads up!

The Aquatics Centre will be closed Thursday, June 11 until 4 p.m. as we complete important maintenance on the pool’s HVAC system.

🚧 While work is underway:
- Entrances A and B will be temporarily closed due to a crane on site
- You can still access the PRC through Entrance D (on the arena side)

Good news: all lessons and programs scheduled after 4 p.m. will run as usual!

The Stonetown Triathlon, organized by the Balance Point Triathlon Club is coming to St. Marys on Sunday, July 5, 2025 where young athletes will swim in the quarry, cycle our streets, and run along the Thames River. 🏊🚴‍♀️🏃

This Triathlon is open to individuals between the ages of 8-19 to participate as an athlete regardless of experience. If you are interested in signing up visit: www.townofstmarys.com/triathlon.
