To quote Niverville Fire Chief Bueckert “anyone who lights a fire today is an idiot”. We encourage everyone to refrain from lighting any fires when winds are above 25 km/h, never mind these gusting winds we have been having lately. Please make smart decisions. Dispose of cigarette butts in appropriate containers. Do not butt out ci******es into potted soil/planters or near recycling/garbage bins.

We would like to remind everyone to be fire safe and be aware of weather and wind conditions this spring.
