Later this month, we are having a Citizen Services Specialist from Service Canada at the library to talk about all things Canada Pension Plan! If you have any questions about the CPP, are planning your retirement, or have questions about any other Service Canada benefit, this is a great opportunity to talk to someone who can offer assistance.

This info session will take place on Wednesday, September 23 from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. There is no registration required, just drop in!

September is here! With a new month comes a new program schedule for the library. To find out what's on the go at our branch this month, view the attached image or keep reading below:

THURSDAYS, SEPTEMBER 10 AND 24: Drop in and Play 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM. All children and caregivers are welcome to visit the library to play, explore, and hang out in a friendly environment. No registration required.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14: Plant Swap 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Bring a houseplant you want to re-home, take a new one with you! This is a great opportunity to mingle and swap knowledge with other plant lovers. TUESDAYS, SEPTEMBER 22 AND 29: Fall Family Story Time 10:30 AM. Children and caregivers are invited to join us for stories, songs, movement, rhymes, and play! Story time is coming back for the fall season! Children and caregivers are invited to come to the library for 6 weeks of books, movement, songs, rhymes, and play. This program is recommended for ages 5 and under, but all are welcome as always!

Calling all plant lovers! We're hosting a plant swap at our library this September. Join us on Monday, September 14 at 4:00 PM to take part.

Here's how it works:
-Bring a houseplant (in good condition) you're looking to re-home
-Pick out a new houseplant to take with you
-Make cuttings and/or re-pot your plant
-Make sure you register in advance, as we have limited space and want to make sure there are enough materials for everyone

Reminder that every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, we have our drop in and play program! All children and caregivers are welcome to come to the library for some fun and hang out time in a friendly environment. We've got a variety of games, toys, fidgets, art supplies, and books for you to explore!
