Stephenville Elementary School “Where respect, responsibility and readiness to learn guide everything we do” Stephenville Elementary is a Grade 4-5 school with a population of 164 students.

We serve the communities of Stephenville, Kippens, and surrounding area. Our mascot is Ellie the Eagle, and we have lots of school spirit!

Good evening, Stephenville Elementary Families,

The weather looks good for tomorrow's Annual Sports Day - Just a reminder that students should wear appropriate footwear, bring a hoodie or jacket for the morning (it tends to be cooler then), and wear a hat and sunglasses to earn house team points! Make sure your child has a water bottle so they can stay hydrated.

Reminders for Stephenville Elementary School
(June 12-19)

After School Sports is finished for this school year - thank you Mr. Perry!

School Closed
School will be closed tomorrow Friday, June 12 for staff PL. Monday will be Day 2.

Sports Day
Sports Day will be held on Monday, June 15 - if it has to be canceled due to weather it will go ahead on Wednesday, June 17. Students are asked to dress appropriately, wear sun screen and bring a water bottle. Students are asked to wear a hat and sunglasses and earn points for their house team.

Sock Hop
There will be a Sock Hop from 3:05-4:00pm on Thursday, June 18. Admission is $2 and the canteen will be open.

Swimming
All students will be going swimming on Tuesday, June 23. Permission slips will be sent home on Monday, June 15 outlining all the details. Please return permission slips and $5 fee by Friday, June 19.

Breakfast Program
Friday, June 19 will be the last day for our Breakfast Program. The staff and students would like to extend a BIG thank you to Kelly and Kenny Samms for their tremendous support of our Breakfast Program - we sincerely could not have done it without them!!

Library Books / School Textbooks
Kindly return all library books and school textbooks before Friday, June 19.

Year End Assembly
Our year end assembly will be held Wednesday afternoon, June 24 - time will be announced at a later date. Parents and grandparents are welcome to attend.

School Closing for Summer Vacation
Students will be dismissed for summer vacation at 1:00pm on Thursday, June 25.
