South Interlake Seniors Resource Council
This program offers services for seniors age 55+, and those with disabilities, to help them remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes and communities. Our services are available with the dedicated help of volunteers and fee-for-service workers and are provided to people who live in the Town of Stonewall, and the RM’s of Rosser, Woodlands
and Rockwood. The Services provided by the SISRC are:
•Driver/Escort Program
•Mobility Aid Lending Service
•Handy Helper
•Friendly Visiting and Telephone Buddy
•Meals on Wheels
•ERIK (emergency response information kit)
•Form Assistance and Resource Information
•Lifeline
The Manitoba Seniors Guide is also available in our office. We are located in the Lions Manor at 144 -622 Centre Avenue, entrance 4 in Stonewall and you can call us at 204-467-2719. The South Interlake Seniors Resource Council are always looking for volunteer drivers.
