A reminder from The Royal Canadian Legion
With our Poppy Campaign and Remembrance Day approaching, you will begin to see a variety of retailers popping up illegally selling products using the Poppy for profit. (flags, hats, shirts, blankets, jewelry etc.)
The reason The Royal Canadian Legion holds the trademark on the Poppy is to ensure this sacred symbol of Remembrance is used with respect and to protect it from unauthorized retailers who use the symbol inappropriately.
When purchasing your Remembrance items, please ensure they are from an authorized seller, or purchase directly though our online store at www.poppystore.ca
When purchasing through The Poppy Store or your local Legion branch, you can be sure that the proceeds go back into the Legion so we can continue our work with and for Canada's Veterans.
