Library System Update – Please Read!

We recently switched to a new library management system, and we want to make our patrons aware of an issue with our previous system.

Some patrons may still be receiving automated emails from our old system regarding overdue items and late charges. Please be assured that these overdue notices and late charges will not be transferred to our new system.

Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the old system to check in items that may still be showing as overdue. This means that even if you have already returned your items, you may continue to receive these automated reminders.

We apologize for any confusion or concern these emails may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this transition.

Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to support your local library!

‼️ATTENTION LIBBY USERS‼️
As we continue to navigate our transition to a new Internal Integrated Library System, changes will also be coming to our patrons Libby accounts. To prepare for these changes, you can take the following steps:
🪪 All of our members will be receiving new cards that have a new number, this includes our patrons who only use Libby. Once the transition is complete, you will need to remove your current card and add your new one.
📖All books currently on your "shelf" will disappear. Please ensure you finish reading your items or take note of which ones you had on loan and their progress, to borrow them again with your new account.
🔢The new accounts will require a PIN to sign in. This is a new security feature required by Libby. Once the transition is complete, we will make a post letting everyone know how they will access their new accounts. Please stay tuned for more information.
If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please reach out to the main branch at 705-753-2620 or [email protected]
