Last night 105 Chieftains (and guests) played the RLC Chiefs for the first game of their tour of Canada. It was a fantastic opportunity for the 105 soldiers to see that Hockey is a viable sport outside of BATUS, and continue to raise the profile of this fantastic sport. Yesterday evening 105 Sqn said farewell to two members of our small family. Sel Sgt Jones and LCpl Jawara are leaving us for pastures new. We wish them all the best for the future, they have been an absolute pleasure to work alongside. Both will be missed.

Great to see so many people taking part, after a hard fought final the Wksp Wolves beat the 105 Chieftains by two baskets to win the competition.

105 Sqn had their Christmas function last night. First time in 24 months we’ve managed to get the soldiers, DND staff and partners in a room together. Thank you so much for Paradise Valley Golf Course for hosting, Banger Bingo for providing some fantastic entertainment and SSgt Gurung and Sgt Philpot for organising.
