Summerland has just gone through some very major zoning changes that will definitely impact the enjoyment of your home, and the value of your neighborhood.
Having created a fair bit of housing here in Summerland myself, I can tell you that the changes are significant; I have been working hard to understand how those changes will impact my clients.
I continue to learn & to seek the most up to date information to help my clients protect the largest investment many will ever make: their home in Summerland.
