Good luck to the SRHS Drag Racing Team competing in Miramichi this weekend! The car looks great!

This photo is from Sussex Newschasers site with the caption "There’s nothing this team can’t do when they put their mind to it!!!
2 hours total to take out old and put in new transmission all in a parking lot. And just in time for the end of time trials which allows them to still put it in the race."

Sounds like the team is learning lots! Go Team SRHS!

The Sussex Area Community Foundation logo uses colours inspired by the Community Foundations of Canada showing the important link between our Foundation and the national organization.
Featuring a gently curving tree trunk, it celebrates our beautiful natural surroundings, suggests growth – which aligns with the financial goals of the Foundation, as well as representing the area’s rich agricultural traditions – and conveys a message of strength and permanence. This strength and permanence comes from the tree’s deep roots, which are conveniently represented by the Foundation’s name.
The tree’s top is composed of a series of inter-connected rings. These rings work nicely as symbols of community connections, individual grant awards and scholarships, and donations to the Foundation. These elements all work together to create a lasting difference, highlighting the important work of the Sussex Area Community Foundation.
