May 14th 9am-11am @ the Link in Sutton: Join us in welcoming the Alzheimer Society of York Region to learn about dementia, our brain as it ages, and how to create your own brain health action plan. We will then gather for a light lunch from 11am-11:30am catered by the Learning Cafe!

May 28th from 9am-11am @ the Link in Sutton: We’ll explore Art Journalling—using simple writing, painting, and collage—you’ll have a chance to express yourself in a relaxed, no-pressure way. It’s fun, a little playful, and often surprisingly meaningful… offering a gentle way to reflect, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. No art experience required!

We’ve had a great time connecting with our community with fun activities! So far we’ve done a gardening craft, chess & card games, bookmark crafts, and a cooking class!

This weeks session is JUST as exciting! Join us Thursday April 16th from 10am-12pm in the Link meeting Room 2 for an Ageless Grace Brain Health Fitness class! Hoping us for a fun filled morning that move your body and brain. Ageless grace is done in a chair to music and is suitable for all fitness levels. Be prepared to laugh and build community as we boost our bodies together
