To apply for the $100 "Dani Bucks" (Alberta Energy Rebate), you must apply online through a verified Alberta.ca Account. Applications opened on July 1.
Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the payment, you must meet the following requirements:
Be 18 years of age or older (as of July 1)
Be a resident of Alberta
Have filed your 2025 income tax return
Have a total household income of $225,000 or less

How to Apply
Prepare your login: You will need a verified Alberta.ca Account to access the portal.
Access the portal: Log in and navigate to the online Alberta Energy Rebate application page.
Submit: Enter and verify your personal information, set up your preferred payment method, and submit your application.

Note: You do not need to apply manually if you are already automatically enrolled through the Alberta Seniors Benefit, AISH, ADAP, or Income Support.
