Finding the right support can feel overwhelming when navigating conditions like OCD and hoarding. This free session offers an introduction to CMHA’s OCD and Hoarding Services and provides clear, foundational information about obsessive-compulsive disorder and hoarding disorder.

Participants will learn how these conditions can show up in daily life, explore common signs and symptoms, and gain an overview of current evidence-based treatment approaches. The session also highlights available supports and services that can promote well-being and improve daily functioning.
