May is Leave a Legacy Month, a reminder that our capacity to create change doesn't end with us. A gift in your will is a love letter to your community. It says: I believed in something bigger than myself, and I want that belief to live on.

United Way Centraide makes it easy to include a planned gift that supports real people, in real communities, for generations to come. Your legacy starts with a good will. 🌱✨

Nobody should feel embarrassed for needing a menstrual product. And yet many people with periods still face stigma or even bullying just for asking.

Silence and shame don’t fix period poverty. Talking about it does. Donating does. Because when products are freely available, no one has to ask.

This Menstrual May, let’s make it a little easier for someone in our community.

Donate unopened menstrual products at 📍CB Centre for Sexual Health (170 George street) or organize your own drive at your workplace!
