2016 Winter Swim Lessons Registration is coming up on Saturday, December 19th, from 9am to 11am at the Taber Community Centre Auditorium. After 11am, registration will occur in the Aquafun Centre. The doors will open at 7am, and as you come into the Community Centre, you will be given a number and this is the order to which patrons will be registered. You do not need to stay for the entire wait. At 9am, numbers will be called in order and you must be present to register. If you choose to stay, please help yourself to some coffee and relax in the warmth while you wait!

Dr. Daniel Siegel, M.D., is an internationally acclaimed author, award-winning adductor, and child psychiatrist. He is currently a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine where he also serves as a co-investigator at the Center for Culture, Brain, and Development and co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center. He is also the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute, an educational centre devoted to promoting insight, compassion, and empathy in individuals, families, institutions and communities.
