Good afternoon!

We are starting water tank cleaning tomorrow for all our Public and GN staff housing units. We will let the tenants know the day before their tank is scheduled to be cleaned. It usually takes about 2 hours from start to finish for a single unit.

We are asking for everyone’s cooperation so that it goes smoothly and without delays.

For private homeowners and local organizations/businesses interested in having their water tank cleaned, please call 571-5343 or email [email protected] and we will put your name on the list.

SPRING/SUMMER SEASON REMINDERS

As the camping season begins, we are receiving a high volume of after hours lock-out calls. We want to remind our Public and Staff Housing tenants to ensure they have enough house keys on hand for each tenant. Additional key cut is $15.00, compared to the $100.00 after-hours lock-out fee.

If your unit will be vacant for more than 7 days between May 1st and September 30th, please notify us and arrange for someone to check on the unit regularly during your absence.
