🎓✨ TRA Prom 2026 is Tonight! ✨🎓

We are excited to welcome our students, families, and community members as we celebrate this special evening.

Please note: TRA Prom is a Grade 10–12 event, open to all eligible high school students. The Prom Parade and Red Carpet Arrival are reserved for our graduating students. Tickets will be available for Purchase at the door and are $15.

For those coming to support our grads, we welcome visitors to watch students arrive and enter the school. Doors will open at 6:00 PM.

🚗 Prom Parade Participants
The Prom Parade will depart from Home Hardware at approximately 6:00 PM and travel to TRA. Graduating students will arrive at the school, walk the red carpet, and be announced as they enter.

📢 Reminders for Community Members:
• Please do not park in the drop-off loop or bus loop.
• Vehicles may be parked in any designated parking lot space.
• Members of the public are welcome to watch the arrivals but are not permitted inside the school.
• TRA is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.

🎓 Reminders for Graduates Participating in the Parade:
• Please arrive on time for the parade lineup.
• Any graduate driving a vehicle must have a designated relief driver available at the school to remove the vehicle after arrival.
• Upon arrival, enter the bus loop slowly and pull up to the red carpet.
• Graduates will exit their vehicles, walk the red carpet, and be announced as they enter the school.

We are thrilled to host this event back at TRA this year and wish all of our students a safe, happy, and memorable prom night. Congratulations to our graduates, and enjoy the celebration, everyone! 🎉

Wow, what an incredible day!

Today, Tatamagouche Regional Academy hosted its very first Mawio’mi and Indigenous Learning Day, and it was truly spectacular. We were honored to have the opportunity to learn, connect, and immerse ourselves in Indigenous culture through such meaningful experiences and teachings.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, supported, and joined us throughout the day. Events like this are only possible because of the incredible people who work tirelessly behind the scenes. A huge thank you to the dedicated team whose passion, commitment, and countless hours of preparation helped bring this vision to life. As well as a special thank you and shout out to our special guests who shared their culture and teachings with us!

To all of the students, parents, staff and community who participated and were active members of today’s event—thank you for your enthusiasm, engagement, and willingness to learn. Your involvement helped make the day such a success.

And to those who were unable to attend, don’t worry—we’re already looking ahead and beginning plans for next year!

Today was a day of learning, celebration, connection, and community. It was truly an inspiring Mustang Proud day! 💙💚
