Did you know that the White Bear Forest Old Growth Trail in Temagami is home to some of the oldest and most significant stands of White and Red Pine forest in Ontario? 🌳

These remarkable forests have never been logged or mined and contain trees that are estimated to be 150 to 350 years old. Walking these trails is like stepping back in time, through a living ecosystem that supports unique plants and wildlife found only in old-growth forests. 🦉🐿️🌿

The White Bear Forest is also rich in Indigenous history and is part of the traditional lands of the White Bear family and the Temagami First Nation. ❤️🖤💛

Whether you’re hiking to the Fire Tower, exploring the trails, or simply enjoying the peaceful beauty of nature, today is the perfect day to discover one of Temagami’s greatest treasures. 🥾⛰️🌲

🐷🔥🌭 We’ll be serving up delicious pulled pork sandwiches and hot dogs, and for those feeling a little adventurous, try ‘The Hog Dog’ — a hot dog piled high with tender pulled pork! 🤤

Get ready to rock your workout! POUND® combines drumming-inspired movement, cardio, strength training, and fun music to create an energetic fitness experience for all ages and experience levels!

👧 Generation POUND® (Ages 6–12) – A kid-focused program that blends music, movement, and interactive activities to help build coordination, focus, teamwork, confidence, and creativity.

🧑 Adult POUND® – A full-body cardio and strength workout inspired by drumming, yoga, and Pilates. Perfect for all fitness levels and a fun way to get moving.

📍 Location: Temagami Arena, 100 Spruce Drive
💲 Cost: FREE
