North West Regional Hospital District A 28-member elected Board of Directors representing 2 1/2 Regional Districts & 26 local governments. The Board advocates for regional heath issues.

The North West Regional Hospital District is a board comprised of elected officials from 26 municipalities and electoral areas including the Nisga'a Nation. The area includes 2 1/2 regional districts, Regional District Kitimat-Stikine, North Coast Regional District and the western half of Regional District Bulkley-Nechako. The Board works with local health authorities for planning and funding health capital projects, through property tax requisitions.
