What a wonderful day celebrating the grand opening of the new trail expansion at Green Acres Park! 🌿

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the celebration so special. It was wonderful to see so many members of our community enjoying this exciting new addition to the park.

We are incredibly grateful to the anonymous donor whose generosity made this trail expansion possible. This thoughtful contribution will benefit our community and be enjoyed for many years to come.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Rosscreek Landscaping for the tremendous amount of hard work and care they put into creating the trail. Your dedication helped turn this project into a beautiful space for our entire community to enjoy, and we sincerely appreciate everything you did to bring it to life.

A sincere thank-you also goes to our administration staff for coordinating the grand opening and taking care of all the special details, including the decorations, snacks and refreshments.

The fun isn’t over yet! THRIVE’s scavenger hunt continues until September 9. Thank you to THRIVE for organizing such a fun and creative activity for our community. Scavenger hunt forms are available for pickup at the Town Office.

Please note our office will be closed from 1:00 to 1:30 pm today so staff can attend. There is a slot in the west side door (facing the parking lot). If you have payments, you can drop them in there!

🌿🔎 THE GREAT TRAIL SCAVENGER HUNT 🔎🌿

Explore, Discover & Get Moving on the new Green Acres Park Trails!

The adventure begins Thursday, August 27th, immediately following the Town of Teulon's Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 1:00 PM.

📍 Starting Location: Trail Access by Esso

Put your detective skills to the test as you explore the trails and take on The Green Acres Mystery Challenge!

🎁 PRIZES will be awarded to the first 5 participants who correctly answer and submit the Mystery Challenge questions.

📅 Scavenger Hunt Starts: Thursday, August 27th after 1:00 PM
📅 Scavenger Hunt Ends: 7:00 PM on September 9th

🌟 You do NOT have to be from Teulon to participate. Anyone and everyone is welcome! Gather your family and friends, enjoy the outdoors, and discover everything the new Green Acres Park Trails have to offer.

Lace up your walking shoes, follow the clues, solve the mystery, and have fun exploring!
