The parking lot entrance at 424 Princeton Drive (Princeton Towers North) may be temporarily closed or have limited access during working hours on Wednesday, September 2, starting at 8 a.m.

Parking lot access will remain available via the entrance by the south tower.

The parking-side entrance to the building may also have limited access or be temporarily closed while work is underway.

Fire hydrant work is being completed as part of ongoing water infrastructure improvements.

Access will be restored as soon as the work is safely completed.

Maple Leaf Construction will be paving the second lift of asphalt on Centennial Drive West from Elder Avenue to Oak Street on Wednesday, September 2.

The road will be closed starting in the afternoon and will remain closed until paving is complete and the asphalt has cured.

Curing could take up to 24 hours depending on the air temperature.

Centennial Drive West residents will not have access to their driveways during the paving and curing.

Vehicles should be moved before the work begins and parked on nearby streets until the road reopens.

Residents should move vehicles from their driveways and the street and park them on a nearby street before the work begins.

The asphalt may need to cure for up to 24 hours after completion depending on the air temperature.

30 km/h speed limits are in effect between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday from September 1 to June 30 on streets adjacent to Burntwood School, Deerwood School, École communautaire La Voie du Nord, École Riverside School, Juniper School, Wapanohk Community School and Westwood School.

Maple Leaf Construction will continue laying the first lift of asphalt on Centennial Drive West from Oak Street to Elder Avenue starting at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1.

This section of Centennial Drive West will be closed to all traffic while the paving takes place.

Residents of the affected area will have to park on nearby streets until the paving is completed.

All vehicles should be moved from driveways and off the street before 7 a.m. on September 1.

This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day or sooner on Tuesday, at which time all driveway access will be restored.
