A great day with our LOL Squad (Leaders of Life)!

This week, we talked about budgeting, planned our group lunch, and headed to the North Corridor Co-op to pick up what we needed. Everyone did a great job comparing prices, finding the best deals, and staying close to our estimated budget.

Back at the Thorhild Library, we planned next week’s menu, personalized our bags to keep all of our odds and ends together, and wrapped up the day with a little friendly competition playing Tetris and Connect 4.

Next week, we’ll be bringing back one of the group’s favourite activities: debates. They always spark great conversations, plenty of laughs, and give everyone a chance to share their opinions, hear different perspectives, and respectfully challenge each other’s thinking.

The debate we’re all waiting for? Does pineapple belong on pizza? 🍍🍕 Maybe we’ll finally settle it over breakfast sandwiches next Wednesday.
