🪁 Join us on Friday, May 22 for our Build-a-Bird Kite Day at the Pigeon Lake Public Library in Mameo Beach! 🐦

Drop in anytime between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM and enjoy an afternoon of creativity, crafting, and community fun. Participants will get the chance to build and decorate their very own bird-themed kite to take home and enjoy.

This is a fun, family-friendly activity for all ages, so bring your friends, kids, grandparents, or come on your own and join the fun! Whether you love crafts, kites, or just spending time with the community, we’d love to see you there.

No registration required — just drop in and create with us!

Do you have a surplus of seeds from last year’s harvest, or are you looking to try something new in your garden this season? Our community Seed Exchange is officially open at the library!

Whether you are a seasoned gardener with a personal greenhouse or just starting your first flower bed, this is the perfect opportunity to share resources and grow together.

How it Works:

Need a few seeds? Browse our collection and take home something new to plant.

Have too many seeds? Drop off your extra packets (labeled, please!) for your neighbors to enjoy.

Connect: Meet fellow local growers and share tips for a successful growing season.
