Explore a hiking trail that has recently been added to the WAYfinder app. This easy 6 km (round trip) hike runs along a flowing river with multiple viewpoints. As the trail opens up to the river, we will gather around the fire to connect deeper with our natural surroundings. While staying cozy and listening to the sounds of the rushing rivers' winter melt, Zoé Soleil will perform a deep energy healing while she guides you through a tranquil meditation that will focus on self-love and discovery. This soul soothing retreat, finishes with a forest picnic filled with handmade and locally sourced delights followed by Kat's wild harvested forest tea.

The transitions between season often arrive suddenly or feel as if they will never show face. We love finding the beauty of how our wonderful outdoor spaces change from season to season, much like the picturesque Silver Falls.

An hour's drive out of Thunder Bay, Silver Falls is a beautiful hike. It can be slippery during the winter and requires strong legs/a dedication to seeing beautiful views. With a 4km out and back hike to the falls, we love checking it out at every season.

We are anticipating a full return to the Dorion Birding Festival for 2023! Staff are hard at work planning, so even though details are sparse at the moment, we CAN tell you that the event is happening on Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28, 2023!
