🚶 THRIVING AT HOME 🚶 Let’s try a seated leg curl! A seated lower body exercise that targets the muscles in the back of your legs. Strengthening these muscles builds ability in walking, pushing yourself along in a wheelchair and climbing stairs - those are some of the key activities for independence at home!
