We would like to announce that Amanda Kreiger will become Executive Director in October 2026, following Kelly Gilson’s retirement. Our Board unanimously supports her transition into this role.

“Amanda has been a valued member of United Way Oxford for more than a decade, bringing essential skills, deep local knowledge, strong community relationships, and a steadfast commitment to Oxford County. She has consistently advanced our mission through collaboration with partners, donors, volunteers, and funded agencies,” said our Board Director, Erica Unger.

This transition is the result of thoughtful succession planning. Amanda is well-prepared to lead with integrity and compassion, building on Kelly’s strong foundation and guiding United Way Oxford forward.

Over the coming months, Amanda will work alongside Kelly to ensure a smooth transition for our staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners.
