Kettle Lakes Provincial Park offers many types of recreational activities, which include swimming, paddle boating, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and hiking. The water activities are located at Slab Lake, Island Lake, Green Lake, Hughes Lake, Point Lake and Pexton Lake. All water rentals can be rented for durations of 4 hours (half day), 8 hours (full day), or for a full week. There

are 4 walking trails in the park, which vary in length between 1.5 kms and 3 kms. The biking trail consists of 3, 5 and 10 km loops. The Visitors Center offers weekend programs, educational both for children and adults. The staff at the Visitors Center are very educated in the field and they are extremely passionate about teaching others about the park and the species in it. Come take a look at the variety of species displayed at the Visitor Center! Hours of operation are posted in the gate house. Over the years, the staff at Kettle Lakes have built two picnic shelters that can be rented daily for any event from a birthday party to a private family dinner. Bookings for these shelters can be done in person or over the telephone with the staff at Kettle Lakes. The Shelters are located at Slab and Green Lake. The park also offers the option of renting the Green Lake recreational area for larger group events such as weddings, family reunions or retirement parties. This rental would include complete access to the Green Lake area only for the renter and their guests for extra privacy (closed to the public). For prices and availability, please call the park directly. Group camping sites are also available. Renting a group camping site includes the room to have more trailers and people on the sites. We have made these sites specifically for campers who want to come and camp with their friends and family in a more secluded setting. For prices and availability, please call the park directly.
