A wonderful addition outside Cumberland Villas!

We would like to say a sincere thank you to the Town of Tisdale for our new crosswalk.

Our residents' safety is always important to us, and knowing they can feel a little more comfortable and confident when crossing the street means more than we can say.

Cumberland Villas is feeling very full... and very grateful! 🏡❤️

We’re happy to share that nearly all of our suites are currently occupied. At this time, we only have a limited number of bachelor studio suites available, and we are accepting names for our waitlists for future openings in our larger floor plans.

Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without the amazing support of Tisdale and our surrounding communities. Every inquiry, recommendation, visit, and kind word has helped make Cumberland Villas the warm and welcoming home it is today. Thank you for placing your trust in us!

🇨🇦🇨🇦 Later today, we will be going LIVE to update everyone on our contingencies addressing weather concerns.
As of now, CANADA DAY 2026 and the museum’s 40th birthday is STILL a GO!🥳

Lots of tents going up⛺️ and shelter spaces are being cleared and cleaned 🧹
We are working on people moving options because parking will be an issue. 🚎

Don’t worry, you won’t need to walk miles to get on site, by later today there will be solid plans in place to efficiently move people around.

CAN YOU HELP? 🤔
Yes… if you have an hour or so and can help with some of our ‘need a few bodies to get this heavy thing to that building’ tasks, come on down!

There will be things to do all afternoon and into this evening. I’ve noticed really good visits are happening despite the tasks rapidly disappearing off all the lists. 🥰

We are excited! Huge support from our business community donating so many incredible silent and live auction items.

Entertainers including dancers! Popcorn 🍿, cotton candy, bouncy castle 🏰, burgers 🍔, pancakes 🥞, village actors, pizza 🍕, music everywhere and so much more.

It’s going to be a truly great day and we know you will have fun, so plan to come out tomorrow.

Rain or shine, you will be glad you ventured out. 😉

What a month June has been at Cumberland Villas! 💙

From getting our hands dirty with a beautiful planter craft, celebrating the amazing fathers in our community, sharing our final visit with this year's wonderful Grade 3 class, to ending the month with an evening of music and laughter thanks to Musical Friends—June was filled with smiles, friendship, and special moments.

Here's a look back at some of the memories we made together. We can't wait to see what adventures July brings! 🌸🎶☀️

We were incredibly lucky to have Jeffery Straker stop by this past Saturday!

Jeffrey spent time visiting with our residents, chatting, sharing stories, and bringing such a warm, genuine energy into the building. He also treated us to a small performance that had everyone smiling and tapping their toes!

Moments like these are what make our community so special 💛 Thank you, Jeffrey, for taking the time to be with us! We truly loved having you!
