Professionally, Ittela is the Director of Revenue Enablement in Truckstop, a Software company. She has 18 years of experience in learning programs management, sales enablement and operations, driving revenue alignment, and customer satisfaction in North America and the United Kingdom. Ittela started her career in marketing with Ogilvy & Mather back in 2005 and gradually found her passion for enablement while working for BBC Media Action, United Nations, Global Knowledge Canada, and Trapeze Group in various positions. She also developed Rev-ops and enablement blueprints for successful tech startups like Zenoti, Patsnap, HomeStars and Avison Young

Personally, Ittela identifies herself as a proud Bengali Canadian born in Bangladesh and lived in the UK before settling in Canada. She is a seasoned Indian classical dancer, and together with her husband, she runs a non-profit performing arts organization committed to exploring the power of diversity. As a mother of two (Taysir, a teen boy and Nova, a toddler girl), she barely gets leisure time. Still, whenever there is an opportunity, she loves filming and editing digital content, writing a book she is trying to complete and travelling with her family.
