CREDITS AND FAILURE OF A CERTAIN MINISTRY IN UG
Today we announce the results after a research that took us time and curiosity.
FAILURE;
A certain UG ministry in charge of I- T has failed to accomplish some of its roles ,as listed below;
It has failed to help young talented men and women in its sector .
At first it failed to provide low cost data charges ,which the low data cost helps in easy access of information and helps in research thus leaving research sector low
In this pandemic situation students are using internet for school but it still fails to low data costs ,this forces poor students to be left behind since its expensive
We have noted lots of Ugandans having prototype products and machines ,which it has still failed to finance and support their innovations
It has failed to promote ascam free internet
It has failed to remove /eliminate useless topics in its alternative subject, which it could have cooperated with MOES
It has failed to sensitise the public about usefulness of ICT in community, where some people still believe that IT is harmful and IT men are considered has failure
ARCHIVES
It has at least try to play good communication networks
It is at least becoming more productive

Its now a caution that will the new minister incharge of it will he manage to solve the issues above
