Tenants recently took part in an art activity with West Neighbourhood House, spending time creating, sharing ideas and enjoying the chance to connect with one another.

Activities like this are a great reminder of how creative programs can bring people together and help build stronger community connections.

A love of learning can last a lifetime.

At 80, TSHC tenant Edna Luque is still learning, teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. Her remarkable journey has taken her from rural Panama to a career in education in Canada, and even earning her PhD in her 60s.
