Public Advisory: Poor Air Quality Across the GTA
The current air quality in many parts of the Greater Toronto Area has reached Very High Risk (AQHI 10+) due to wildfire smoke.
At Lifeline Group of Companies, safety is always our priority. Whether you're at work, at home, or on the road, taking a few simple precautions can help protect your health and the people around you.
Here are a few important reminders:

Wear a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask if you need to be outdoors.

Stay indoors when possible and keep windows and doors closed.

Use an air purifier or set your HVAC system to recirculate indoor air.
β
Avoid strenuous outdoor activities until air quality improves.

Stay hydrated.
β
Check on children, seniors, pregnant individuals, and those with heart or lung conditions.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:
β’ Difficulty breathing
β’ Chest pain
β’ Severe coughing
β’ Wheezing
β’ Dizziness.
