From 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Oct. 9: ➡️ Eastern Ave. closed from Sumach St. to Broadview Ave.
➡️ Adelaide St. E. closed from Power St. to Eastern Ave.
➡️ DVP on-ramp at Eastern Ave. closed.

From 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Oct. 9: ➡️ Southbound DVP reduced to one lane from Dundas St. E. to 150 m south of Eastern Ave.
➡️ Southbound DVP off-ramp to Richmond St. closed.

Nightly from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., tonight to Oct. 15 (excluding Oct. 10):
➡️ Westbound Gardiner collector lanes closed under Kipling Ave. from the westbound express-to-collector transfer to Kipling Ave.
➡️ Northbound Kipling Ave. on-ramp to the westbound Gardiner closed.

Nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Oct. 12 to 16:
➡️ Eastbound Gardiner collector lanes closed under Kipling Ave. from east of The East Mall to Kipling Ave.
➡️ Southbound Kipling Ave. on-ramp to the eastbound Gardiner closed.

This Saturday and Sunday take your kids to vote with you during Kids Vote Weekend!

When you go to vote, all voting places will be set up for kids to vote for Toronto’s 2027 Tree of the Year! 🌲 🌳

Here’s what to expect:

👉When you go to vote, you will be greeted by an Election Official and while you vote, your kids can vote for Basswood, Paper Birch, Red Oak, Sugar Maple or White Pine.🌳🌲

✅They will get their own ballot to mark and even get to go behind their own voting screen (you can help of course).

After their ballot is cast, they will get their very own “I Voted” sticker!🙂

Thinking about casting your ballot during advance voting in Toronto’s 2026 municipal election?

Here’s what you should know:

👉Advance voting places are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily until Sunday, October 11.

👉 You don’t need a voter information card to vote (but it makes the process faster).

👉You must show an election official one piece of acceptable ID with your name and qualifying Toronto address.

👉There are accessible voting options available for those who need assistance.

👉 Voters cannot take photos or videos of their marked ballot.
