Hey Campbell! Our first day of voting has been a great success. If you haven't already voted, you have only 2 days left to vote. Make sure you come out tomorrow or Friday at lunch in the Cafe, Forum, or Math hallway to cast your ballot. Hey Campbell. This is an example of the ballot you will receive when you vote on Oct 14-16 @ lunch. In Canada, the country is divided into political areas called ridings. Albert Campbell is in the Scarborough-North riding. In each riding, a candidate for each party (Liberal, Conservative, NDP, Green) runs to be the Member of Parliament for that riding. The leader of the party that wins the most ridings becomes the Prime Minister.

Hello Campbell Students!

This year, the Grade 12 Politics class is coordinating Campbell’s 2015 mock election in parallel to the Canadian Federal Elections. The purpose of this mock election is to provide young Canadians with an opportunity to experience the voting process firsthand and build the habits of informed and engaged citizenship. Campbell will be joining over 6400 schools across Canada in this nation-wide student vote.

Voting will take place on Oct 14 – 16 @ lunch with different polling stations in the forum, cafeteria, and the main entrance in the math hallway upstairs.

Students are required to have one piece of identification on them (ex. student id, timetable, etc)

More details on the actual voting process will be made available through this page so encourage your Campbell friends to like and follow this page. Until then, we will post regular updates that will aid you in your decision making.
