The mandate of the event is to focus on up-and-coming artists, more underground artists, or artists who bring an outstanding show and energy to the stage. To have an event that has space for a show with live bands alongside a space with DJs and dancing. As is the general philosophy of Neurodance, there's a purpose of trying to present material that hasn't necessarily been seen or heard in Toronto

frequently, yet is still engaging. And as Neurodance has shown, our community is responsible for our community. These performances belong to Toronto, and together we can build a series of events that will fun, memorable, unique, and best of all truly cutting-edge and underground.
