Midaynta was established in July 1993 as a family reunification project, and incorporated in August 1995 as a non profit organization c

It’s that time of the year again!

Join us to celebrate culture, build community, and enjoy a day full of fun, laughter, and memories with us at our SomaliFestTO!

Come enjoy a variety of activities including carnival games, music from a Somali DJ, face painting, henna art, a photobooth, caricature art, a cultural booth filled with traditional Somali artifacts, an ice cream truck, snacks, and much more.

Don’t forget to wear your favourite FIFA jersey and come represent your team and your culture!

We are excited to announce the opening of the Midaynta-Bellevue Food Bank!

Our goal is to support individuals and families in our community by providing access to essential food resources in a welcoming and dignified environment.
