The Youth Community Police Liaison Committee (Y.C.P.L.C.) allows youth to work in partnership with the Toronto Police Service to enhance public safety in their community. As participants, committee members are provided the opportunity to bring forward community issues from the unique perspective of today’s youth. Members work with police officers to address these issues and make their community a

safer and better place to live. Youth are given the opportunity to participate in the organization and presentation of events designed to target and enhance key safety issues within their community. Members are able to take the initiative to become role models to other youth and develop themselves as future leaders of their community. If you are between the ages of 14-18, reside in 12 Division, and wish to join the committee please contact us.
