What should be done with the Gardiner Expressway East and Lake Shore Boulevard? Waterfront Toronto and the City of Toronto have resumed an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Integrated Urban Design Study to consider four alternatives for the Gardiner: maintain, improve, replace or remove.
