Community Care Society was created in response to the needs of seniors in the Scarborough and Pickering Ajax area. At Community Care Society we believe that every senior has the right to a happy and healthy life, and to live inclusively i

n our community. Community Care Society programs and services are provided by a team of qualified and caring staff. We strive to alleviate anxiety and loneliness that can lead to mental and physical illnesses we know alters the quality of life for seniors. Being aware that the worst cognitive decline comes from being alone Community Care Society provides services that aim to increase optimal health and well being for our seniors. Seniors Care

Community Care Society work with an advanced program in an environment where seniors are encouraged to direct their own care therefore maintaining their independence, dignity and confidence. Community Care Society also uses a collaborative approach toward a plan of care with families of seniors who are experiencing the varying stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
